Forever T-Shirt

Show your devotion to the series with this Twilight®-inspired t-shirt. Deck yourself out for the movie premiere or wear your fandom all year long. We chose the word forever for its symbolism, but feel free to use any word or phrase you choose. Step One: Choose a font as a pattern for your design. We've found that wider fonts work better in terms of spacing your rhinestones. Print out the word "Forever" in the proper font size to fit the center of your t-shirt. Lay out your Swarovski hotfix flatbacks ss20 in light siam on the printed paper to ensure you have enough rhinestones, and make sure you have the correct spacing. We've also added a small drop of blood to our design, using a Swarovski hotfix flatback ss20 and a Swarovski hotfix flatback ss34 in light siam. Once you have laid out all your rhinestones, take a picture of the design. We used a digital camera and then printed a copy of the image to use as a reference. Step Two: Place a protectant between the two layers of fabric to prevent the adhesive from seeping through. We recommend using parchment paper or something thicker such as a fabric cutting board. Use low tack tape to mark out the area where you want to place your rhinestones on the shirt as well as to mark the center of the shirt. Make sure your tape lines are level, as these will be the guides for your rhinestone placement. Step Three: Begin placing all your rhinestones onto the shirt in between the tape marked parameters, making sure to use the picture you took earlier as a reference. Step Four: Once you have the entire word spaced the way you want it, you may begin adhering the flatbacks to the shirt. When your BeJeweler Pro Ergonomic is heated, gently place it over the rhinestone. Hold for approximately 15 seconds or until the glue has adhered to the fabric.
