Flower Power Bracelet Instructions Designed by Cynthia Kimura
Simple and elegant, this bracelet will make your little girl feel truly special! It is made with an extender chain so she will have room to grow into it.
Step one: Cut a length of Soft Touch jewelry wire to approximately seven inches. Attach one end of the wire to a 6mm sterling silver spring ring using a 2x2mm sterling silver crimp tube. For detailed instructions on how to use a crimp tube please visit the Handy Tips section of the Learning Center.
Step two: Begin stringing your pattern starting with a 4mm bright sterling silver daisy spacer followed by a 4mm emerald Czech glass fire polished bead, a 4mm Swarovski faceted bicone crystal AB and another emerald bead. Repeat this pattern 4 times and then add the rhodium-plated pewter flower bead. Continue the pattern four more times on the other side.
Step three: Finish the bracelet by attaching the other end of the wire to five links (approximately1/2 inch) of the 060 curb chain. You can use any bits of chain you may have left over from other projects. Just make sure to test that the spring ring fits smoothly with it. The child can now attach the spring ring to any link in the chain to close it, and will have a bit of room to grow.
Note: The components in this bracelet are fragile and may break. We DO NOT recommend jewelry for any child under five years of age.
