 | First Communion is an important time in a child's life. Help your child celebrate the occasion with this delicate necklace. Click here for instructions on how to make the matching bracelet.
Step one: Attach a sterling silver open jump ring to the silver cross charm and set the charm aside. Cut a length of Soft Flex to approximately 18 inches. Using a 2x2mm sterling silver crimp tube, attach one end of the wire to the loop end of a sterling silver round toggle clasp.
Step two: String two 3.5mm daisy spacers followed by a 6mm rose porphyr Czech glass fire polished bead, two more daisy spacers and a 6mm aqua porphyr bead. Continue this pattern until you have eleven rose beads. Add two more daisy spacers and then string the charm. Reverse the pattern and work to the other end of the necklace.
Step three: When you have finished the pattern, crimp the other end of the wire to the bar end of the toggle clasp. Trim the excess wire.
