"Since many of the beads I use are relatively small (I'm not talking about 11/0 seed beads--holes much too small), the 1.0 stretch strings are too large to string the smaller hole beads. I found the .8 mm to serve the purpose, especially for bracelets the wearer would often take on and off. The strength is there as well as the versatility of the size beads you use.
