This delicate beauty was made for Diana to wear in Maggie’s wedding, but she loved it so much it became her favorite necklace to wear with her summer sundresses.
Step one: Cut a length of Soft Touch jewelry wire to approximately 10 inches and crimp one end of the wire to one of the loops on the back of the rhodium plated Swarovski flower button. For instructions on how to crimp, please visit the Handy Tips section of the Learning Center. Cover the crimp tube with a crimp cover. String 67 Swarovski 3mm faceted round beads in peach light. Crimp the other end of the wire to an outside loop of the sterling silver filigree link (see photo). Cover with a crimp cover.
Step two: Cut another piece of jewelry wire to approximately 11 inches. Crimp it to the loop below the last strand on the flower button. Cover with a crimp cover. String 72 Swarovski 3mm faceted round peridot beads and crimp to the center ring of the filigree link. Cover the crimp with a crimp cover.
Step three: Cut the final piece of Soft Touch to approximately 12 inches and crimp it below the peridot on the flower button. Cover the crimp tube with a crimp cover and string 79 Swarovski 3mm padparadscha faceted round beads. Crimp the end of the wire to the outside loop of the filigree link (see photo) and cover the crimp tube with a crimp cover.
Step four: On the back of the flower button, count three loops above the light peach strand and attach a sterling silver round open jump ring. On the top loop of the filigree attach a sterling silver open oval jump ring. String the ribbon through it and tie it in a bow.
