This simple and stunning necklace can be made in minutes, yet has an elegance that will draw the attention of admirers. If you want a bridal necklace with some length but not too much volume, this is just the piece for you. It will look equally stunning over a winter sweater or with a sundress!
Step one: Cut equal lengths of the gold-filled and silver chain. You will need two 5½ lengths of each, two 3 ½?é?ª inch lengths, two 3 inch lengths and a five random lengths of each color.
Step two: Begin by attaching one of each of the longest lengths of chain to an open jump ring and then to the closed jump rings on each side of the S clasp. Working your way down each side with the same pattern, add an eye pin to the bottom of the chains, and string a Hill Tribe silver flat twisted oval bead and make a simple loop in the bottom of it, adding the two of the next longest chains to the loop. Repeat this step with the third length of chain. For instructions on how to make a simple loop, please visit the Handy Tips section of the Learning Center.
Step three: When you have all three sections of chain attached to both sides of the clasp, bring them all together on one eye pin, string the final Thai silver bead and add all of the remaining chain to the bottom of the eye pin, finishing with a simple loop.
