1. How does it work?
Our loyalty program rewards you for both shopping and for sharing your love of Artbeads.com with others through a point system. The more points you earn, the bigger the reward you are eligible to receive. You can get your first reward with as little as 2500 points so please go to http://www.artbeads.com/crystal-rewards-overview.html

2. How do I earn points?
There are many different ways to earn points. The first is to enroll in the program. We will award you 1,000 points just for signing up! This is a one-time bonus, but will get you well on your way to your first reward. We will also award you 10 points for initially adding your social accounts if you choose to do so. While completely optional, you can earn 10 points for adding your Facebook account and another 10 points for adding your Twitter account. Another way to earn points is by placing orders on Artbeads.com. Earn 10 points for every dollar you spend for every online order (We apologize but currently orders placed by phone or by fax do not accumulate points). You can also earn 10 points each time you share with your friends by e-mail or, if you've added your social media accounts, then also by sharing with Twitter*. Note that these 10 points are earned per share, not per person. You can also earn points when you refer a friend. If your friend places an order of $5 or more, you will get 50 extra points added to your Crystal Rewards account. They will be sent an e-mail inviting them to sign up with the program and must click on a link in the e-mail. This link will track your information and credit the referral points to you.
* Note that Facebook currently does not permit us to reward you with points for sharing however we still encourage you to do so!
3. How do I enroll?
Enrollment is easy! Simply go to http://www.artbeads.com/crystal-rewards-overview.html
and click on the Enroll Now button on the right side of your screen.
Note that if you choose to connect a Facebook account you will then be able to sign in with either your e-mail address and password or Facebook login information (If you are already logged in to Facebook our system will detect this and you will automatically be logged in to Crystal Rewards.)
4. How do I add my social media accounts?
Once you've signed in, you can add your Facebook and Twitter accounts to your profile to start sharing via social media. On your profile, click on the Accounts tab and scroll down to the bottom to add the appropriate social account.
You will then be directed to the login site and be prompted to authorize LoyaltyPlus access to your account. Allow the access, and you will notice your personal social media account added in the Crystal Rewards account information. This is only an initial authorization and you will not be prompted to authorize access in the future.
You will also have the opportunity to share this program with your friends through your social media accounts.
5. How do I sign in?
Click the Crystal Rewards link on the Artbeads.com home page and you will be directed to the login page. Whichever path you choose to use, either social media or Crystal Rewards login, be sure to log in every time. This way if you decide to share anything you will not be prompted to log back in. Note that you do not have to be logged in to earn points for purchases so long as you use the same email address that is associated with your Crystal Rewards profile.
6. How do I check my point balance?
Once you're logged in to you Account, click on the Crystal Rewards tab. You'll find your points balance on the top right-hand side of your screen.
7. How do I know when I'm eligible for a reward?
When you are on the Crystal Rewards tab in your Account click on the Rewards heading and you will see a “Redeem Now” button below every reward that you are eligible to redeem. You will also be notified via email when you have accumulated enough points to redeem a reward. Please note that Reward Gift Certificates can only be used on orders placed at Artbeads.com and not for orders placed by phone or fax.
8. Some of the links and emails refer to LoyaltyPlus or 500Friends. Are these safe?
and are secure and safe.
9. How do I make an order and earn reward points?
Just shop like you normally do on Artbeads.com. When you complete your order you'll get a pop up letting you know how many points that you've earned so long as you use the same email address that is associated with your Crystal Rewards profile. If you haven't joined yet you'll be given the opportunity to join at that time and claim the points from your purchase. You will earn 10 points for every dollar (before taxes and shipping), rounded down to the nearest dime.
10. How do I share with others through social media to earn points?
Each item and Learning Center idea on our site will have a series of icons near the image. First, be sure that you have signed in to your Crystal rewards account. Next, click on the appropriate share icon, either for e-mail, Twitter or Facebook found on the bottom right just below the image. You can also share on Google+ and on Pinterest although, at this time, these sites are not associated with Artbeads Crystal Rewards.
A bit.ly (compressed) version of that page's link will automatically be included and you'll have the opportunity to add a personalized message. Note that you must enter at least 10 characters for a Facebook wall post. * Unfortunately, Facebook currently does not permit us to reward you with points for sharing however we still encourage you to do so!
11. Are there any maximums or limits?
There are no maximums in the number of points that you can earn for purchases however there are monthly limits that are set for points that can be earned for sharing and referrals to prevent any abuse. Please contact us at email@example.com
if you would like to learn more about these limits. Points may be adjusted for returned products. If you reach one of these limits a pop up will notify you that you have reached the maximum for the month. On the first day of the following month this is reset.
12. What happens to my points if I cancel my membership?
You must forfeit your unused points to the program. Unfortunately, there is no cash value for unused points.
13. Are there any exclusions that are not eligible for points?
Yes, purchases of gift cards or gift certificates are not eligible for points in the Crystal Rewards program nor are any points earned for taxes or shipping charges incurred at checkout.
14. Can I use a gift card or gift certificate on a purchase and earn points?
Yes. Artbeads gift cards and gift certificates can be used as payment for orders placed and still qualify for points in the Crystal Rewards Program.
15. Can I have more than one account?
While you can open up as many separate accounts as you like using different email addresses, this is not recommended as you will not see your points grow as fast as they would if everything was managed under one account. Also, Facebook and Twitter accounts can only be tied to one account at a time.
16. What do I do if I think that I'm missing some points in my account?
Occasional technical issues occur that prevent the points earned from properly being credited to your Crystal Rewards account. If you feel that you should have received points for an order that you placed, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
with your name, the email address used on your Crystal Rewards account as well as the order number in question and we will immediately investigate the matter.
17. Can my Crystal Rewards account be inactivated or paused without my knowledge?
Artbeads.com reserves the right to inactivate or pause any Crystal Rewards member account, without any notice, if is determined that the member is abusing the program, undertaking suspicious behavior or using the program in any way that is deemed unacceptable. Artbeads.com also reserves the right to cancel the program at any time and to update the points and rewards policies, with or without notice.
18. Do my Crystal Rewards points expire?
Crystal Rewards points will expire 12 months after earning them if not redeemed, or after 12 months of inactivity on your account, whichever occurs earliest. Any activity that earns points will keep your account active.
*Fine print on points earned for purchases: We first multiply the dollar amount (Before taxes and shipping) by 10 and then round down to a whole number - so a purchase of $1.90 will result in 19 points. We don't give partial points, so a purchase of $1.99 would also result in 19 points.
