Step one: String a pearl on a sterling silver head pin, and with a wrapped loop, attach it to a sterling silver open jump ring which you will then attach to a filigree link.
Step two: Attach that link to sterling silver earwire with cubic zirconia by simply opening the bottom loop of the earwire and slipping the link onto it.
Step three: Repeat steps one and two for the second earring.
