Cosmos Sorbet Earrings Instructions Designed by Cynthia Kimura
These Cosmo Sorbet earrings are just what you need to get in the mood for spring. The lampwork and Venetian glass beads in this design are vibrant pink and green, the same colors you'll find in the flowers that sprout up in greenhouses and gardens. These earrings match perfectly with their companion Cosmos Sorbet Necklace.
Step one: Glue the rhodium glue-in basic looped bead cap to the top of one of the pink and lime green mix roundels using E-6000 glue. Prop the bead up and allow the glue to dry completely. Then, glue the antique silver-plated pewter glue-in beaded cap with loop to the bottom of the same roundel. Let it dry completely. For detailed instructions on how to use glue-in caps, please visit the Handy Tips section of the Learning Center.
Step two: Thread the loop of the French hook earwire with ball and coil onto the loop of the basic bead cap and close it.
Step three: On a sterling silver 20 gauge 2-inch head pin, thread an antique silver four flowers rondell, a peridot Venetian glass white center 12mm disc, and a rondell. Attach the headpin to the beaded cap using a simple loop. For detailed instructions on how to make a simple loop, please visit the Handy Tips section of the Learning Center. Repeat steps one through three to create the second earring.
