Copper Persuasion Necklace Instructions Designed by Cynthia Kimura
String this stunning piece for a gift or a night on the town. You can vary the length of the chain or add a clasp and wrap it for a shorter look.
Step one: Cut five 14-inch strands of ZambaPro™ 49 .019 30ft jewelry wire. On each strand string the crystals and pearls in a random pattern to approximately 9-inches. Use Bead Stoppers to hold the ends of your strands as you work.
Step two: String in this order a 4x4mm sterling silver crimp tube and a 2-inch copper-plated 20 gauge eye pin onto all five strands. Loop all five strands of jewelry wire back through the crimp tube and flatten with a pair of flat nose pliers, repeat for the other end.
Step three: Thread an eye pin through a copper wire wrapped cone and add a copper pearl. Finish with a simple loop. For help with a Simple Loop please visit the Handy Tips section of the Learning Center. Attach the simple loop to one end of the antique copper-plated twist link oval chain. Repeat for the other side of the necklace. You can also cut the chain and use a clasp such as the small copper bowed rope toggle clasp if you wish.
