Charming Creatures Bracelet Instructions Designed by Cynthia Kimura
Show off your love of all things animal with this fun Mommy & Me charm bracelet. Kids will enjoy stringing the beads onto the wire, and it is simple enough to create at almost any age. As an alternative, try creating the Cute Critters bracelet for a similar look that uses beads instead of charms.
Step One: Attach the sterling silver butterfly charm to a 4mm sterling silver split ring. For help with split rings visit the Handy Tips section of the Learning Center. Repeat to attach the sterling silver dolphin charm, sterling silver sea turtle charm, sterling silver tiny teddy bear charm, TierraCast™ antique silver elephant charm, antique silver cat sleeping on back charm, sterling silver lady bug charm, sterling silver pony charm and the TierraCast™ antique silver dog charm to split rings. Set aside.
Step Two: Cut an approximately nine-inch piece of ZambaPro™ 49 .019 jewelry wire. Crimp one end of the wire to the sterling silver medium closed jump ring using a 2x2mm sterling silver crimp tube. You may need to help your child with crimping and split rings. Trim any excess wire. For help with crimp tubes, visit the Handy Tips section of the Learning Center.
Step Three: On the wire string: 4mm Swarovski faceted round in capri blue, 4mm bright daisy spacer, charm, daisy spacer, capri blue round, daisy spacer, 4mm sterling silver seamless round bead, daisy spacer. Repeat the pattern twice. Repeat this same pattern three times, using 4mm Swarovski faceted round in fire opal instead of the capri blue round. Repeat pattern twice more with the blue rounds. Finish the bracelet by stringing a capri blue round, daisy spacer, charm, daisy spacer and capri blue round.
Step Four: Crimp the end of the wire to the 6mm sterling spring ring using a crimp tube. Trim any excess wire.
