Step one: Cut a length of chain 17 inches long, attach each end to a part of the toggle clasp using an open jump ring. Cut a length of three cuplinks and attach that to the center of your chain using an open jump ring. Attach the cross to the other end of that dangle using an open jump ring.
Step two: String a bicone, twist bead and another bicone onto a headpin. Trim any excess wire and make a Simple Loop to connect this dangle one link to the side of the cross. Repeat this step on the opposite side of the cross.
