Candy Egg Necklace Instructions Designed by Cynthia Kimura
This necklace looks good enough to eat. With its gorgeous Bali detailing and light spring colors, you are sure to be the talk of the town when you wear this piece.
Step one: Cut two lengths of sterling silver rollo chain to approximately 4 inches. Attach one end of each to sterling silver open jump rings and attach both jump rings to the bottom of a sterling silver tulip link. Drop the chain through a Bali bead cap and then through the porcelain egg bead, add another bead cap and attach the other end of the chains to jump rings and the other tulip link. Center the bead caps and bead on the chain and gently press sterling silver crimp covers over the chain to hold the bead in place.
Step two: Cut two lengths of Soft Touch jewelry wire to approximately 9 inches each. Crimp one end of each of the wires to the top of the tulip links. String a 4mm Toho cube marbled opaque avocado/pink bead followed by three salmon lined rose 6/0 Toho beads. Repeat this pattern 14 times and finish with a cube bead. Crimp the remaining end of the wire to one end of the toggle clasp. Complete this pattern on both sides of the necklace and you are finished!
