Breast Cancer Awareness Ring Instructions Designed by Cheri Carlson
Although this ring is not shy, the message is more subtle, omitting the ribbon and relying on the pink as a way to celebrate the successes or to show your support to those who have battled or are battling breast cancer. Please see our Breast Cancer Awareness Earrings for more ideas. Use this ring as inspiration but feel free to choose any beads you like. You may tuck in a ribbon charm if you like such as CHARM368. We made our version very full, putting six components on each of the three loops on the embellishment ring, but you can simplify yours. Placing larger beads here and there can help to fill in the gaps and give the ring a fuller look.
Step one: Using a 1-inch sterling silver head pin, stack two or three beads of your choice and finish with a simple loop. For help making simple loops click here. Make twelve to eighteen of these components for your ring.
Step two: Attach the components to your ring, keeping in mind that part of the appeal is the movement and that the beads will change position as you move.
