If you are a survivor, show your pride and success. Step one: Prepare two Swarovski 5mm powder rose pearls by stringing each one on a headpin and finishing with a simple loop. Attach a segment to each side of the awareness ribbon earwire using a sterling silver open jump ring. On the bottom of each chain, add the Swarovski powder rose links. Step three: In the center of the earring add a Swarovski 11x5x5mm Swarovski rose teardrop pendant using another jump ring. Repeat the process for your second earring and you are done!
