"Karen DeSousa's books are the absolute best! The diagrams are large and concise, the instructions are clear and thorough, and the book opens with several pages of indispensible advice for the ornament-making process. Don't let the pictures of the completed designs intimidate you into thinking it's too hard... start with the basic pattern and build from there. I had never worked with seed beads before I bought this book, but two months later, I've got the advanced patterns in the book down flat.
