A: We addressed this very issue in our Handy Tip: How to thread a small-eyed needle. It is best to grip the thread very close to the end between your thumb and forefinger. Then simply bring the needle down onto your thread. Don't forget to wax your thread or use our designer's recommendation of Thread Heaven to condition your thread and keep it from fraying and tangling.
