Bead tips are used to join thread to a clasp, and are easy to use. These bead tips are a great economical alternative to the pricier metal alternatives. and with base metal you can fit up to five strands of fine thread and create a multi-stranded design! They're great for use with silk because they make strong, streamlined finished jewelry. We DO NOT recommend you use them on bracelets. Bracelets get much more wear than necklaces and the loop end of the bead tips are quite flexible and could come undone more easily on a bracelet.
