Step one: Prepare two 5mm Swarovski rose bicones by stringing each on a head pin and finishing with a simple loops. Attach the loops to sterling silver open jump rings which are then attached to the holes at the ends of the ribbon earwire.
Step two: Add a 4mm Swarovski purple velvet bicone to a head pin and attach it to the center loop of the ribbon earwire using a simple loop. Repeat the process for the other earring.
