The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Special orders
- Bead strands or prepacked beads or findings that have been broken up, unsealed or otherwise altered, including wire and stringing materials that have been unspooled
- Sold-by-the-foot items in lengths less than three feet, such as chain, leather, and cord
- Sold-by-the-inch items in lengths less than six inches
- Perishable items that are past the printed expiration date on their packaging
- Artbeads.com gift cards
- Items purchased more than 90 days ago
Return shipping guidelines:
- Only orders originating in the United States are eligible for our free returns service.
- Please return supplies in plain protective packaging with a copy of the original invoice and a completed Returns Form.
- For your protection, please send your returns in a plain, rigid cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope. We recommend but do not require that you insure your package. We will not credit you for items that arrive damaged.
- Refunds for returns received before 60 days may be refunded directly to the original form of payment or will be issued as a store credit for amounts less than $10.00.
- Refunds received between 60 and 90 days will be issued as a store credit unless otherwise specified.
- If you would like to exchange any item, simply return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).
